In addition to a supportive professional environment, we offer a range of benefits designed to support our staff and their families, including:
- Base pay is $48,000 to $74,000 annually per years of experience and certification
- 2026 - 2027 Hillsborough County Referendum Funds add an additional approximately $7,000 annually for each hire
- Free employee health insurance

- Low-cost nursery care for employee children ages 4 and under
